I. CONDUCTWhen discussing commissions feel free to talk in a friendly manner, as long as the needs and the desires are stated clearly.Please show basic respect and politeness.
Failure to do this may result in the commission being denied.Please also refrain from using my art in any AI art generate. If found doing so, it may result in me doing no further work with you in the future.II. PAYMENTCommissions are paid 50/50,
Commissions must be paid before I send the initial sketches. After payment is recieved I will finish the Art and ask for the second payment before begin the rigging process. once the model is finished I will send it to the client.
Payment accepted in $ (USD), £ (GBP) and € (EUR) only.
Payment will be requested only via paypal. A paypal estimate will be sent prior to payment, when everything on the receipt is confirmed I will send the official invoice to be paid.III. PROCESS
The time taken to complete the commission depends on the complexity of the model
{ If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, the client will be informed. }IV. REVISIONSThe subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.
A maximum of 2 revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge.
{ Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload. }
No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICYThe artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any time.
Refunds will be sent back via paypal.If the client ceases contact for over 1 month , the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.
Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.VI. COPYRIGHT + USAGEAll commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. This means you can use it for streaming and other activities. Commercial use licenses (Using the character design for merch, monetization can be provided for additional fees. Credit must be given to me as the artistPrivate commissions are commissions that are not shown publically by me until permission is given.This means I will not stream or post WIPs (work in progress) of the model during the creation processAfter your debut, and the reveal of the model, I will post a showcase video of the model on my social media.If you want me to work on the model in private, there will be a 10% fee on the total price.
